Soul Tour (Mental and Emotional Health) Intro Course

St George’s Epsom are hosting a Soul Tour introductory course on Kings Birthday Weekend (30th-31st of May) run by Ōtautahi based mental health counsellors Matt and Belinda Stott.

This course helps equip young adults (16–30-year-olds) to navigate issues of mental and emotional health.
