Feelings Are For Life

Cat Levine is a Mental Wellbeing Educator

Cat has devoted her life to helping as many children as she can understand and improve their  mental health and wellbeing.  She communicates complex concepts through engaging story telling and visuals, with memorable messages and practical strategies.

There is an epidemic of anxiety and mental health concerns across all society manifesting on many different levels so helping our children to identify and express their hurts is a Kingdom ministry that Cat has dedicated her life to. The crucial importance of giving our children the tools to cope with their hurts and traumas early in life, is increasingly recognised as a crucially important factor for their future emotional well-being.
