Sunday morning Services

Our services cover a variety of styles and use liturgy, silence, and a mix of modern songs and older hymns.

Sunday 7.45 am Traditional Liturgy with Holy Communion

This is a quiet, shorter, more formal service, usually based on the New Zealand Prayer Book. On the fourth Sunday of each month we use the 1928 liturgy.

Sunday 9.00 am Worship with Holy Communion along with Kids and Youth Programmes

This is a communion service based on the New Zealand Prayer Book. It uses elements of the formal liturgy in an informal style, using traditional hymns and modern music; keyboard and organ. Those leading the service wear robes. Prayer is offered to individuals after the service, which finishes about 10.15 am. Coffee and tea are available in the hall afterwards on the first and third Sundays of the month.

Sunday 10.45 am Informal Worship with Communion along with Kids and Youth Programmes

This is a communion service with less liturgy, greater informality and more singing than the 9.00 am gathering. Prayer is available and coffee and tea are served after the service which finishes a little after 12 noon.
